What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following actions occur:

• All personal information is permanently removed from our databases
• Your game history and statistics are deleted
• Any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered
• Active subscriptions are cancelled
• You will be removed from our mailing lists

Important Notes

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you cannot recover any data or restore your account.

The deletion process takes up to 7 business days to complete from the time of your request.

You may receive a confirmation email during this period. If you change your mind, you must contact support within 24 hours of your request.

Data Retention

Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.
